About me

I am a dubbing mixer, sound designer and sonic artist from the Shetland Islands, currently based in Bristol. 

I started making films as a teenager growing up in Shetland. Inspired by my surroundings I began to create film poetry exploring the visual and sonic world around me. After studying film production at university, I discovered a passion for sound.

Through studying at dBs Music I found my feet as a dubbing mixer and sound designer. I have worked on both student and professional films. My work includes short films and feature films in a variety of genres.

Growing up in a rural environment, I found a love for natural sound. Focusing on creating subtle and realistic Foley and sound design in my work. I enjoy recreating atmospheres and building an authentic sonic world through sound design.
